1. I am not registered, how do i register ?
Kindly email your detail ( name, matriks card, email, phone number ) to src@iiu.edu.my
2. I've registered and get the internet before this, but now i can't connect ?
Step 1. See again your wireless configuration. user manual (Win2000/XP/Vista) http://wireless.iium.edu.my/reg/manual.htm
Step 2. If Ok, try reinstalled the wireless installer then restart your laptop/pc - if lost get it here http://support.your-talk.com/your-first-forum-f1/iium-wireless-installer-t4.htm
Step 3. Try Connect to iium-community
Step 4. If Still problem, email your matriks,name, phone, and mac address to wireless@iiu.edu.my
Step 5. After that suppose you can get the connection
3. I've registered but dont know what to do.
step 1. Get the wireless installer and install in your laptop.

step 2. installed both files and restart your laptop
